We are located in Southern California and can meet with you personally if you reside in Los Angeles or Ventura Counties. The cost of an appointment with a gift designer is deducted in total from your resulting order.
If you wish to consult with us via email or telephone, there is, of course, no cost.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within one week and often sooner but custom products and gift baskets can take longer. If you have any concerns about arrival by a specific date, please contact us, before placing your order.
